GSS is comprised of an experienced and resourceful team that has a combined 20 years performing facility services for businesses and residences in Massachusetts and New Hampshire. The team exemplifies professionalism, reliability, and integrity in the work that they perform from landscaping to snow removal to small general contracting and more.

Chris Connors is the President of Grove Street Services and a dedicated leader in the green industry, with over 26 years of experience in landscape maintenance, landscape construction, and snow management and removal. With a strong foundation in landscape construction and
maintenance, Chris spent more than a decade successfully leading several branches for major corporations across MetroWest Massachusetts and Southern New Hampshire.

Chris Connors

President, Grove Street Services

Chris Connors is the President of Grove Street Services and a dedicated leader in the green industry, with over 26 years of experience in landscape maintenance, landscape construction, and snow management and removal. With a strong foundation in landscape construction and maintenance, Chris spent more than a decade successfully leading several branches for major corporations across MetroWest Massachusetts and Southern New Hampshire.

Holding a bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Chris also maintains multiple industry credentials, including ISA Certified Arborist, MCLP (Massachusetts Certified Landscape Professional), and CSP (Certified Snow Professional). He is an active member and current President of the Massachusetts Association of Landscape Professionals (MALP), reflecting his commitment to advancing the industry and supporting professional standards.

Chris’s leadership is rooted in a passion for landscaping and a personal mission to leave every property better than he found it. He is deeply committed to sustainable and environmentally responsible practices and takes pride in educating clients, team members, and the broader community on the importance of proper landscape care and stewardship.
Outside of work, Chris is a devoted husband and father of two young children. He enjoys skiing, golfing, and spending time with his family on Cape Cod.
